Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• Experience in corporate or consumer lending, relationship management, branch banking, or product sales preferred.
• Knowledge of loan products and cash management services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve post-booking requests requiring Portfolio Manager-level disposition.
• Handle KCL renewals, extensions, and related approvals.
• Analyze and endorse rate reduction and fee waiver requests.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, due diligence, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve escalated client inquiries and complex transactions.
• Monitor transaction turnaround times and adherence to bank policies.
• Prepare management reports and support process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and implement team projects and administrative activities.
