The role requires strong analytical abilities, client focus, and proficiency in MS Office. You will work closely with relationship teams in Cebu City to maintain service quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• Experience in lending, relationship management or branch banking preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate and retail loan products and cash management services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve post-booking requests requiring Portfolio Manager-level disposition.
• Handle Ka-Negosyo Credit Line renewals and related approvals.
• Analyze and endorse rate reductions and fee waivers.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, due diligence, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve escalated client inquiries and complex transactions.
• Monitor turnaround times and adherence to bank policies.
• Prepare management reports and support process improvements.
• Support team projects and administrative activities.
