Job summary

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Port Representative to manage end-to-end cargo clearance at the port.

You will prepare and submit customs documents, coordinate with port authorities, monitor shipment status, handle inspections, and resolve issues to ensure timely client delivery. The role requires knowledge of port procedures, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Prior knowledge in port operations, customs brokerage, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and port procedures.
• Must have motor vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update shipment status discharged from vessels, report delays or irregularities.
• Prepare, secure, verify, and submit documents for customs processing and shipment release.
• Plan and process clearance from arrival to client delivery to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with authorities for examination of shipments and conduct own inspections when needed.
• Inspect units, document, photograph, and report damages or missing packages.
