Job summary

Whitecloak is seeking a Product Owner/Product Manager to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company''s digital strategy. You will maintain roadmaps, own the end-to-end lifecycle, and drive growth through data-driven backlog prioritization and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience, backlog management, and the ability to balance business value with regulatory needs across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum.
• Backlog grooming, prioritization, and writing clear user stories.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (business, IT, design, compliance).
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking/financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Certifications in CSPO, Agile, or SAFe are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Work with development teams in Agile Scrum to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify risks/dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

• Identify and mitigate product-related risks and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Demonstrated ability in backlog grooming, prioritization, and writing clear user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, design, IT, compliance).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Preferred technologies:Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase).
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications in Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO), Agile, or SAFe are advantageous.
