Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation is seeking a Product Owner Specialist to guide product vision, strategy, and value delivery. You will manage the backlog with user stories, collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure readiness for development and release readiness.

• IT or engineering degree required; BA-related certification (optional)
• Experience in product ownership and business analysis is preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals and success metrics aligned with company strategy
• Prioritize initiatives to maximize business value and customer satisfaction
• Own and manage the product backlog: create, refine, and prioritize user stories
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ensure backlog items are ready for development and align with sprint goals
• Work with Scrum Masters, PMs, and tech leads to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Validate features against acceptance criteria and approve releases
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder feedback sessions
• Champion the voice of the customer and ensure data-driven decisions
• Analyze usage data and metrics to guide prioritization and enhancements

BacklogManagement

Delivery& Execution
