Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the product vision and own the backlog for our fintech app. You will translate strategy into a clear roadmap and work closely with business leaders, sales, marketing, and customer support.

You will lead agile ceremonies, create and refine user stories, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. A 5–10 year track record in FinTech or related fields, plus strong data analysis and visualization skills, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in FinTech, Technology, Financial Services or eCommerce.
• Knowledge in Market Research and Data Visualization.
• Experience with Change Management and Risk Management.
• Strong business sense and presentation skills.
• Cultural sensitivity for design.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Define the Product Vision and own the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap.
• Manage Stakeholder Alignment with business leaders, sales, marketing and support.
• Own the Product Backlog: create, refine, and prioritize user stories and features.
• Create and Refine User Stories for the development team.
• Lead Agile Ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

Define the Product Vision: They are responsible for setting and articulating a clear, compelling vision for the product that they own.

Develop and Maintain the Product Roadmap: They translate the vision into a high-level roadmap, outlining the major features, initiatives, and milestones for the app store over time.

Manage Stakeholder Alignment: They act as the primary liaison between the development team and various stakeholders, including business leaders, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Own the Product Backlog: The Product Owner is responsible for creating, refining, and prioritizing this list of user stories, features, and bug fixes.

Create and Refine User Stories: They break down high-level features into detailed user stories that are clear, concise, and understandable for the development team.

Lead Agile Ceremonies: They actively participate in Agile/Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
