Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a POLO Team Leader to manage a team of P2P/POLO associates responsible for the PO lifecycle, including PRs/POs, invoicing issues, and supplier data maintenance. You will onboard and mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

The role involves guiding decision-making, developing to-be processes, and supporting automation initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, or supply chain fields.
• 4–5 years in business processes or operations; prior people leadership experience.
• Fluent English (written & spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day P2P/POLO team operations, ensure end-to-end PO lifecycle management with SLA-based performance and compliance.
• Onboard, train, and guide P2P/POLO associates; provide direction on contract creation and due diligence within PO lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements as POLO evolves, develop to-be processes for lifecycle management.
• Support automation and AI initiatives within the area of responsibility.
• Receive escalations on purchase orders and drive rapid, accurate resolutions; mentor team for professional growth and inclusion.
