Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig is seeking a POLO Team Leader to guide a P2P/POLO team handling purchase orders and related lifecycle activities. You will onboard, train, and direct associates, ensuring accurate end-to-end processes, data integrity, and timely service delivery.

The role involves process development for future PO Lifecycle Management, collaboration with stakeholders, and sustaining compliance across procurement operations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 4-5 years previous business process / business operations experience
• Previous People Leadership experience highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written & oral) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of P2P/POLO Associates managing the PO lifecycle, onboarding and training new associates, provide guidance on end-to-end lifecycle management and related tasks.
• Develop and refine PO lifecycle processes in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee performance, ensure SLA delivery, and maintain policy and legal compliance.
• Support automation and AI initiatives within the area of responsibility.
• Resolve PO-related escalations such as pricing or delays promptly.
