Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/SCM or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of business process / operations experience.
• English fluency (written and oral) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of the P2P/POLO team, ensuring SLAs and policy compliance.
• Prioritize stakeholder management and deliver high-quality PR/PO lifecycle service.
• Guide internal stakeholders on contract creation, HCC needs and due diligence.
