Job summary

RVCGBI is seeking an Environmental Compliance professional to ensure strict adherence to ECC conditions, permits, and DENR/EMB standards on a solar project. You will supervise waste management, erosion control, and pollution measures, and oversee SMR/CMR reporting.

Responsibilities include site inspections, identifying hazards, and serving as the primary liaison between project management, contractors, and environmental agencies. A Bachelor’s degree and DENR PCO certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science field.
• Accredited/Certified PCO by DENR.
• 1+ years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of local environmental laws and strong report writing.

Ensure strict adherence to ECC conditions, permit requirements and DENR, LGU, and barangay environmental standards.

Supervise the construction contractor's PCO to ensure proper implementation of waste management, soil erosion protection, and pollution control systems.

Manage the proper disposal of solid waste, construction debris, and hazardous waste
Conduct site inspections, oversee environmental monitoring (air, water, noise), and prepare/submit Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR) and Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR).

Identify environmental hazards during construction or maintenance and implement corrective actions.

Act as the primary liaison between the solar project management, contractors, and environmental agencies (DENR/EMB).

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical) or related science field.

Accredited/Certified PCO by DENR.

1 or more years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Knowledge of local environmental laws, strong report writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
