Job summary

A renewable energy firm based in the Philippines is looking for a Pollution Control Officer to ensure environmental compliance during the construction and operation of a solar farm. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in related fields, strong knowledge of DENR environmental laws, and proficiency in preparing compliance reports. This role demands on-site implementation of pollution control measures and requires familiarity with environmental monitoring. Candidates should ideally reside near Sual, Pangasinan, or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in solar farm, power plant, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of DENR environmental laws and ECC compliance.
• Experience in preparing hazardous waste manifests and compliance reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental compliance of the solar farm construction and operation.
• Implement pollution control and waste management programs on-site.
• Prepare and submit required environmental reports to DENR and LGUs.

Qualifications:

• DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer
• At least 2 years or more experience, preferably in solar farm, power plant, or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of DENR environmental laws, ECC compliance, and renewable energy projects
• Experience in preparing SMR, CMR, hazardous waste manifests, and compliance reports
• Familiar with site environmental monitoring (dust, noise, waste, wastewater)
• Preferably residing near Sual, Pangasinan or willing to relocate in the project area
• With own laptop
