Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Associate to handle email inquiries from customers, underwriters, and agencies about product processes and policies. You will assist with work allocation, monitor new business inflows, renewals, cancellations and endorsements, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0–1 year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 0-1 year relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS tools and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email and respond to inquiries from customers, underwriters, and agencies about products, processes, and policies.
• Monitor and report inflow of new business, renewals, cancellations and endorsements of transactions.
• Ensure policies are followed and escalate where appropriate.
• Process transactions and documents and maintain data accuracy in systems.
