Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of policy and receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports and aging schedules.
• Investigate and analyze outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation issues promptly.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records through necessary adjustments and corrections.
• Monitor and follow up on unreconciled items and aging accounts.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support the Finance and Controllership team with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
