Job Summary

Prepare comprehensive monthly reconciliation schedules for policy accounts and keep them current and fully reconciled in accordance with the company’s local and global Account Reconciliation Guidelines and Standards. Ensure reconciliation reports clearly evidence the accuracy and completeness checks performed prior to package finalization, safeguarding correct account postings and the integrity of the financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Timely Account Reconciliation for policy accounts on a monthly basis.
• Help achieve green/satisfactory Audit from Internal Auditor, PWC, IC.
• Collaborate closely with relevant business unit and address the policy suspense discrepancies on‑time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or Reconciliation
• Basic understanding of audit requirements and system controls
• Basic knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and regulations and internal control requirements
• Proficiency in Finance general functions
• Good business sense in life and pre‑need insurances and wealth management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
• Expresses ideas and information verbally and in writing in a manner that is complete, clear, concise, organized and appropriate to audience
• Experience with AI‑driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
