Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER III for the Office of the Program Services and Interventions. The role provides technical support for monitoring and helps develop learning materials and knowledge products to guide policy directions.

Working under supervision, you will assist in formulating policies and guidelines related to FDS and related tasks, and provide technical assistance to regional teams to ensure consistent program implementation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job.
• Training: 8 hours of relevant training.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility.
• Preferred qualifications: advanced education in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
• Training: at least 16 hours of relevant training in human behavior or community work.
• Experience: at least three years in social/community development or program management.
• Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provision of policy recommendations for improving FDS implementation.
• Development and enhancement of FDS learning materials.
• Provision of technical assistance to regional counterparts to ensure smooth FDS implementation.
