Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
• PRC license (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) is a plus.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in HVAC preventive maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office, service management software, and PMS tracking tools.
