Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Metro Manila is searching for a Point Person for all PMS projects. This role includes conducting PMS and Quality Audits of third-party servicers and participating in weekly meetings. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC preventive maintenance or facilities management. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred.
• PRC license is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC preventive maintenance or facilities management.
