Filfirst Concrete Innovations Inc. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to support the plant in Rizal. Responsibilities include reviewing manuals, developing preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.

The role requires a BS Mechanical Engineering, with 2–3 years of relevant experience and the ability to work on-site in Rizal, Philippines. An ME license is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• On-site work at Rizal plant.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews service manuals, and records of maintenance problems to determine maximum frequency of preventive maintenance
• Helps develop and maintain a functional preventive maintenance program/procedure while utilizing industry standards
• Provides support in implementing all aspects of the program
• Assesses machines/equipment which need preventive maintenance services
• Checks needed parts and monitors status of purchase
• Responds to equipment breakdowns and assesses/diagnoses faults
• Leads in repairing equipment
• Creates preventive maintenance and requisition reports
• Maintains and updates planned and completed maintenance records and reports
• Assists in developing and coordinating plans for reconstruction or installation of new equipment or machinery
• Coordinates with projects and assesses their equipment/machinery needs/demands
• Conducts orientation on proper equipment use
• Coordinates activities of other maintenance staff
• Performs other relevant duties as required

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer
• Licensed ME is an advantage

Training

• Occupational safety and health training
• Training on equipment repair and maintenance
