Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a PMO Specialist for the Total Robinsons Group in Pasig.

You will manage customer group trade execution plans, coordinate with internal teams, and drive perfect store delivery and merchandising initiatives across major customers such as South Star Drug and The Generics Pharmacy. The role requires strong business management and key account management skills, with a data-driven mindset and Order-to-Cash knowhow.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management and key account management within FMCG.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Order-to-Cash technical knowhow and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trade Execution Plan development for Total Promotions, Merchandising and Operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute trade tactics for multiple customer groups.
• Monitor and report on promotions, programs and perfect store delivery against targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer operations, head office and regional partners.
• Drive perfect store execution and merchandising standards across assigned customers.
