Job summary

With 5+ years in project management and PMO leadership, you will implement templates, manage data infrastructure, and escalate risks while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with PMO leadership.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience coaching Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data management and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Problem-solving and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Framework & Standard Enforcement: Implement and maintain organization-wide project management standards, methodologies, and governance protocols.
• Enablement & Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance, training and coaching to Project Managers to elevate team capabilities.
• Template & Toolkit Ownership: Design and refine standardized project management templates to streamline workflows.
• Data Infrastructure & Visibility: Own the data infrastructure, ensuring dashboards, KPIs, and tracking are accurate and accessible.
• Execution Traceability & Governance: Monitor data accuracy and real-time traceability of project health, milestones, and risks.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Facilitate timely identification, escalation, and resolution of bottlenecks and resource constraints.
