Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Project Manager/PMO professional to coordinate SDLC-bound activities, ensure governance across schedules, scope, and deliverables, and maintain PMO artifacts. You will consolidate plans, dashboards, and risk registers while driving timely execution through stakeholder collaboration.

The role emphasizes documented governance, status meetings, and continuous process improvements within a banking-adjacent PMO framework.

Responsibilities

• Supports and coordinates project execution across the SDLC, ensuring activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are properly planned, tracked, and monitored.
• Implements and maintains project management standards, governance processes, and controls covering schedule, resources, scope, deliverables, quality, risks, issues, and overall project performance.
• Develops, consolidates, and maintains project plans, status reports, dashboards, project metrics, risk and issue registers, action trackers, and other PMO deliverables.
• Monitors project progress against approved timelines, milestones, scope, and deliverables, identifying variances and coordinating appropriate corrective actions with project stakeholders.
• Facilitates regular project status meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring key decisions, action items, risks, and issues are properly documented, tracked, and escalated.
• Coordinates communication and collaboration among project teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, management, and other relevant stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.
• Provides project management support for resource planning, staffing, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, ensuring appropriate coordination of people and project requirements.
• Establishes and maintains effective project documentation, records management, naming conventions, version control, and document repositories in accordance with organizational standards.
• Reviews project activities and deliverables for compliance with SDLC requirements, Program Management Delivery policies, governance frameworks, and applicable bank standards.
• Identifies opportunities to improve project management processes, reporting mechanisms, communication practices, workflow, and delivery controls, and supports the implementation of process improvements.
• Prepares and consolidates management-level project reports, performance metrics, risk assessments, and issue escalations to provide timely visibility into project health and delivery status.
• Proactively monitors and escalates project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential impacts to the Operations Management Team Lead and relevant stakeholders.
• Supports project teams in maintaining accountability for timely completion of milestones, action items, deliverables, and agreed commitments.
• Performs other project management, PMO, and related functions as assigned from time to time.
