Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior PMO/analytics experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and datasets.
• Moderate Excel and PowerPoint skills; willingness to learn reporting tools and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple delivery teams and systems.
• Track metrics such as productivity, quality, staffing, and service levels.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates used by delivery leadership.
• Support project and engagement documentation, including plans and logs.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers to ensure timely data submissions.
• Assist in meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Monitor basic risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as required.
