GoTeam is seeking a Plumbing Engineer for a remote night-shift role in the Philippines. You will own load calculations, piping layouts, and construction documentation across commercial and residential projects.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and IT teams, coordinate with equipment vendors, and support construction administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential for plumbing and fire protection design.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical or Plumbing emphasis, or a Plumbing Engineering degree.
• 2 to 3+ years of plumbing design experience with an MEP engineering consultant.
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for plumbing and fire protection system design.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and plumbing industry standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical development of plumbing and fire protection systems from concept through construction-ready drawings.
• Perform load calculations, pipe sizing, and other calculations to support the design.
• Develop plans, piping layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with the client, the MEP/FP/IT design team, and other consultants to align on design intent.

Plumbing Engineer (Up to ₱100,000 | Remote | Nightshift)

Philippines | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT | Monday to Friday

Do you enjoy turning complex building systems into clean, buildable plumbing and fire protection designs? We're looking for a Plumbing Engineer to join a growing MEP design team, taking ownership of load calculations, system layouts, and construction documentation across a mix of commercial and residential projects.

You'll work closely with mechanical, electrical, and IT design counterparts, coordinate directly with equipment vendors, and support projects all the way through construction administration. If you know your way around AutoCAD and Revit and you're ready to bring precision and independence to every set of drawings you touch, this role is built for you.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• An accredited degree in Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical or Plumbing emphasis, or a Plumbing Engineering degree
• 2 to 3+ years of plumbing design experience with an MEP engineering consultant
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for plumbing and fire protection system design
• Solid understanding of mechanical and plumbing industry standards and building codes
• Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize across multiple tasks
• The ability to work independently and efficiently once given direction

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience working directly with US-based clients or consultants
• Hands-on exposure to fire protection system design
• Experience providing construction administration (CA) support, including RFIs
• A track record coordinating with equipment vendors and manufacturer's representatives

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Design & Documentation

You own the technical development of plumbing and fire protection systems from concept through construction-ready drawings.

• Perform load calculations, pipe sizing, and other calculations to support the design
• Develop plans, piping layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
• Select and specify equipment that fits project requirements and applicable codes

You ensure the design comes together seamlessly across every team and consultant involved in the project.

• Coordinate with the client, the MEP/FP/IT design team, and other consultants to align on design intent
• Identify and resolve areas of conflict to maintain a fully coordinated interdisciplinary design
• Participate in meetings and conference calls to keep the design schedule on track

You support the project from design through construction, keeping equipment selection and site questions moving.

• Coordinate with equipment vendors and manufacturer's representatives on equipment selection and specification
• Provide construction administration (CA) support, including responding to requests for information (RFIs)
• Maintain accurate specifications and documentation throughout construction
