Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 2-8 years in software testing, strong SDLC knowledge, and hands-on experience with defect tracking tools and Playwright automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-8 years of solid experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tool preferably ADO and GitHub/ZenHub.
• Experience with test automation using Playwright.
• Understanding of Case Management solutions is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Passionate about continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test cases
• Execute manual tests to validate functionality
• Identify, log, present, and track defects
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, leads, and managers on requirements, defect resolution, and testing activities.
• Perform test analysis and design, regression testing and defect verification
• Participate in test strategy definition and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Prepare and maintain test data, test environments, and test documentation
• Provide timely and accurate test execution status and reporting
• Perform administrative tasks such as submitting timesheets, updating EOS, and other project-related requirements
