Job Summary

Looking for candidates having In-depth SAP S/4 HANA platform experience acrossfunctions (Supply Chain & Operations, Finance) with expertise in one or multiple industries underResources, Products, or CMT. Candidate must at least have pre-sales experience in SAP withsolutioning, participating in RFPs and contributing to client proposals. Candidate must have provenclient facing skills who can set the client discussion narratives with all levels of client businessparticipants. From delivery perspective - candidate must have experience of executing andmanaging complex SAP transformation engagements.

Industry and Function Expertise

• Demonstrate industry focus through deep knowledge and expertise in one or more relatedindustries. We serve clients in multiple industry sectors like Resources(Energy/Utilities/Chemicals), Manufacturing (Automotive/Life Science/ConsumerGoods/Retail/High-Tech/Software/Semi-Conductors) etc.
• Possess deep functional expertise that helps you have technology-agnostic businessprocess conversations with senior client leadership. We are looking for expertise across allfunctions: Planning, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance andControlling.

Solution Architecture Leadership

• Help clients realize value from transformation initiatives by understanding challenges,gleaning opportunities for improvements, identifying how SAP capabilities deliver value tobusiness.
• With a deep understanding of client context, opportunity context, industry context andbusiness challenges, bring industry-focused functional process and SAP expertise tosupport solution architects and sales teams in proposing solution approaches thatresonates with the client.
• Take on workstream lead or process lead roles during solution delivery and participate inorals and client discussions to bring our solution to life.
• Bring the company'sassets and offerings from multiple teams to differentiate proposalresponses.
• Take an end-to-end functional ownership, work with other SMEs in individual areas to definethe orchestrate proposal responses.

Networking and Business Development

• Create and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clientsthrough proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning
• Support practice leadership on identifying and solutioning for new business opportunities.
• Lead the company'spursuits related to S/4HANA opportunities by bringing together expertsand building responses to Requests for Proposals and/or Requests for Information.

Developing Thought Leadership and Assets

• Support/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation,Innovation to SAP led transformations.
• Design and build assets that distinguish the company's capabilities to drive additional businessin SAP S/4 HANA

• 10+ years combined in-depth experience for one or more workstreams in SAP (e.g. OTC,PTP, MFG, FIN)
• Participated in several client RFPs, solution proposals, and oral presentations as functionalsubject-matter expert.
• 5+ end-to-end SAP transformation engagements for one or more workstreams driving clientworkshops, blueprinting and design.
• Open to cross-country relocation.
