Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Digital Platforms Service Management & Transformation Manager responsible for ensuring stability, availability, and operational readiness of application environments supporting key digital platforms.

You will lead end-to-end governance of production incidents, changes, and releases, drive RCA, implement monitoring, coordinate releases across teams, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Fundamentals of Business Analysis
• Knowledge of mobile tech, IoT, app ecosystems and APIs (preferably)

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of application platforms.
• Lead response for incidents, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with shared knowledge.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and health-check mechanisms.
• Coordinate application releases across multiple teams with minimal downtime.
• Investigate complex production issues requiring deep business understanding.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and resilience.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory policies.
• Support risk assessments, audits, and regulatory/compliance activities.
