Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years working on technical and non-technical projects.
Experience leading service-driven operations through growth or change.
At least 10 years’ experience in quality, data, business analysis, and reporting ROI.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects.
Review and converge business requirements to technical solutions for seamless implementation.
Identify and implement process improvements using data and insights.
Drive digital transformation using RPA, AI, Power Automate and workflows.
Analyze data to support process excellence, continuous improvement and KPI monitoring.
Lead with Lean, DMAIC, DFSS and Value Stream Management techniques.
Develop metrics, dashboards and systems to sustain gains.
