Qualifications

• Own end-to-end business accountability for CS digital initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized backlogs for Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations and Shared Services teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance and platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and transformation of manual CS processes into technology-enabled solutions.
• Define project objectives, scope, success criteria, and governance.
• Oversee integration between CS platforms and enterprise assets.
• Support change enablement and user adoption across Corporate Solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery standards.
