Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems in real time, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and performance.
• Support daily market operations, including system startup/shutdown, updates, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with clients, external providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
