Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and QA of digital platforms, ensuring smooth access, technical support, and timely credential releases.

You will collaborate across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and partners, provide Tier 3 support, and escalate to external partners as needed, leveraging your IT support and LMS administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Platform Operations, System Support, IT Support, or related areas.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and reconcile platform access codes and user accounts.
• Maintain accurate and secure records of client account credentials.
• Monitor platform activities, updates, and releases from international partners.
• Ensure timely release of access credentials and account information.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit & Collections, and Inventory teams for invoice and product verification.
• Work with Sales to validate authorized recipients of platform access.
• Coordinate with Customer Success on client account creation and access concerns.
• Liaise with local partners and developers to report issues and facilitate updates.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support by investigating and resolving user concerns.
• Escalate Tier 4 issues to officers or external partners when necessary.
