Job summary

Globe Group is seeking a Platform Management Manager to drive the strategy, design, and governance of our integration platforms and APIs. You will lead end‑to‑end service lifecycle management, oversee operations, and ensure security and compliance across platforms.

The role emphasizes optimizing platform performance, reducing total cost of ownership, and delivering measurable value to stakeholders. A senior, telco‑experienced professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 10–15 years hands‑on service delivery experience including service design and lifecycle management.
• Experience in telco or tech integration is preferred.
• ITIL v3/v4 proficiency required.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy and roadmap for integration platforms and APIs.
• Manage platform operations, maintenance, availability, and performance.
