Qualifications

• Experience in strategic platform and infrastructure planning.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Strong documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Risk management and security/compliance awareness.
• Ability to define KPIs and monitor platform performance.
• Experience with change and release management processes.
• Vendor and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of platform and infrastructure to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan capacity and performance.
• Lead or support POC efforts, RFPs and vendor relations.
• Establish processes for documentation, security, and compliance.
• Define KPIs and monitor platform health and risk.
