Job summary

EY seeks an Infrastructure Data Analyst to support and evolve HCSP telemetry and KPI reporting across EY's global data centers. You will transform data from provisioning engines, ITSM tools and observability platforms into actionable insights for platform improvement.

The role requires strong skills in Power BI, ELK/kibana, SQL, and scripting, with experience across Kubernetes, Terraform and DevOps practices. This hybrid role offers exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Power BI report and dashboard development experience.
• 5–7 years of Power BI data modelling and M transformations.
• 3–5 years of ELK stack data analysis with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• 5–7 years of SQL data analysis on operational data stores.
• Experience with ITSM data integration (ServiceNow or Remedy).
• Familiarity with cloud observability tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus).
• Python scripting for data extraction and automation (Pandas).

Responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure telemetry into executive and operational dashboards.
• Own KPI reporting for HCSP platform performance and SLA trends.
• Collaborate with HCSP engineering and I&O leadership to drive data-informed improvements.
• Integrate data from ITSM, logging, and monitoring tools into analytics.
• Support capacity planning and drift analysis for platform automation.
