Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team supporting our high‑performance Car Rental Platform. You will own cloud infrastructure, across compute, networking, databases and observability, in a fully remote, cross‑functional setup.

You’ll work with Terraform, AWS, EKS, Prometheus and Grafana, contribute to CI/CD with TeamCity, and help design disaster recovery and security measures. A self‑driven, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive infra/SRE/DevOps experience.
• Hands-on AWS operations in production.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code at scale.
• Production Kubernetes management and tuning.
• PostgreSQL admin including backups and DR.
• Monitoring/observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve AWS infra across environments.
• Develop and maintain Terraform codebases.
• Administer and evolve EKS clusters and databases.
• Maintain observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch).
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Collaborate with development teams on infra needs and provisioning.
• Automate tasks via scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to security posture and disaster recovery planning.
