Job summary

EY is seeking an IAM Identity Specialist to join the Information Security team. The role focuses on maintaining provisioning platforms, executing an IAM roadmap, and supporting a complex AD environment in a globally distributed setting.

You will work with SailPoint IIQ, MIM, SSPR, and other security technologies, collaborating with HR and engineering teams to ensure secure access and production readiness across EY’s systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Systems in a related role, with tangible, relevant operation experience with Identity Management Solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification, SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate EY's Global Account Provisioning platforms in an efficient, secure manner.
• Provide L3 support for SailPoint IIQ, MIM, SSPR, and related technologies.
• Monitor Linux and Windows servers and ensure services run without interruption.
• Respond to incidents within defined SLA and coordinate with global teams.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and engineering to address data-driven issues and production readiness.
