Job summary

Wayve is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Model Development Platform to design, build, and operate applications that support autonomous driving model development and testing. You’ll own major features from design through production and mentor others.

You will work on data workflows, experiment scheduling, evaluation, and on-road testing, collaborating with product, research, and operations to deliver scalable, secure and reliable services and guide architectural direction.

Qualifications

• Full-stack engineering: design, build and operate production web apps across frontend and backend using modern tech.
• System design: strong API, data modeling, asynchronous workflows, testing, distributed systems fundamentals.
• End-to-end ownership: take features from definition to deployment and production operation.
• Tech leadership and mentorship: lead discussions, influence decisions, establish patterns, support others.
