Job summary

HumanitApp is hiring Full-Stack Software Engineers for a cutting-edge GenAI team. You will build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools across Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, and TypeScript, and you will integrate pre-release model APIs with telemetry and evaluation harnesses.

You will work 40 hours per week on production-grade software with a focus on onboard-ability, rapid prototyping, and clear technical communication within a fast-moving AI lab environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software at a top-tier organization.
• Proficiency in at least one language among Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, plus a second language.
• Experience with a modern front-end framework (React or equivalent), backend services, databases, and cloud deployment.
• Ability to onboard onto an unfamiliar codebase and deliver working code quickly with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools in Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript.
• Integrate pre-release model APIs into working software with tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry.
• Diagnose and document model and integration failures for the research team.
• Prototype quickly against shifting requirements and deliver working increments.
• Collaborate with the engineering manager and engineers to maintain code quality and documentation.
