Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation seeks a Platform Head to lead the management, development, and continuous optimization of our digital platforms, including the DITO App, eShop, and self-service portals. You will ensure secure, seamless user experiences while driving digital sales growth and business objectives.

You will oversee UI/UX design, platform development, and customer journey optimization, managing a team of UI/UX designers and platform specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• - 10+ years in Product/Project Management or Business Analysis, preferably for digital platforms or telco/tech.
• - Strong end-to-end project delivery experience from concept to post-launch support.
• - Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases).
• - Experience in platform/product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• - Experience working with UI/UX teams and understanding customer journey mapping.
• - Translate business needs into clear technical specifications; exposure to UAT, QA, defects, and releases.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Platform team (UI/UX Designers, Platform Managers, Platform Specialists) and oversees daily operations to align with business priorities.
• Oversees full lifecycle of digital platforms (e.g., DITO App, eShop, self-service portals) and coordinates feature rollouts with internal/external developers.
• Directs UX/UI design and optimization to deliver intuitive interfaces and measurable engagement improvements.
• Monitors platform performance, ensures security and reliability, and coordinates capacity planning with technology teams.
• Manages integrations with CRM, billing, and data systems to enable seamless customer experiences and personalization strategies.
• Ensures compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards; maintains platform documentation.
