Job summary

BAYTECH BPO CORPORATION is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive digital product initiatives within the Business Development unit in the Philippines. You will collaborate with agile teams to develop consumer websites, mobile apps, or backend integrations that maximize the potential of digital platforms.

After launch, you will ensure SLAs are met across servicing departments to launch campaigns on schedule, while maintaining data integrity and protecting customer information.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing digital products and coordinating agile teams.
• Ability to translate client goals into actionable product requirements.
• Strong communication with clients and production/technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Create go-to-market strategies for digital products across ad platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and protect customer information on sites.
• Optimize Google Analytics and similar tools across sites.
• Lead customer-focused product development initiatives.
• Define client goals and execute plans to achieve them.
• Produce detailed BRDs and user stories for specs and architecture.
• Serve as main liaison between client and technical teams.
• Translate product features into compelling customer messaging.
• Build internal and external buy-in for the product vision.
• Identify end-user representatives to gauge market response and feedback.
• Identify client needs and translate problems into solutions.
• Maintain project timeline within approved schedule.
• Monitor day-to-day activities and report progress to the client.
• Proactively address risks and resolve issues.
