Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to effectively plan, organize, lead, and control production operations in the assigned area to meet volume, quality, timeliness, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, plus at least 3 years in food plant operations and supervisory experience. Residency in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant plant operations experience in a food manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in food plant operations.
• Knowledge or experience in food processing technology.
• Experience in conducting production seminars, training, and orientation programs.
• Residence in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule production operations based on forecasts and requirements.
• Direct and control activities to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure area contributes to quality and safety standards.
• Initiate process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Verify accurate production reports and other required management reports.
• Collaborate with other units on behalf of the section.
