Job summary

San Miguel Global Power seeks a licensed Mechanical/Electrical engineer to lead APMS planning for major process units at Masinloc, Zambales. You will develop, manage, and execute work lists, with a focus on scheduling accuracy and risk-based prioritization to support safe, efficient plant operations.

Proficiency in IBM Maximo CMMS, Oracle Primavera Cloud, and MS Office is required to create progress updates, reports, and APMS improvements while working independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Licensed mechanical and electrical engineer in I&C.
• 2–3 years in shutdown/ turnaround or maintenance planning.
• Proficient with MS Office and Primavera for planning.
• Experience with IBM Maximo CMMS for work orders.
• Ability to assess equipment condition with risk-based prioritization.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of power plant operations, safety, and permit-to-work.
• Willing to work in Masinloc, Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute APMS plans and work lists for major units.
• Ensure accurate scheduling and risk-based planning for safe operations.
• Provide timely completion of maintenance activities and reports.
• Generate daily progress updates and post-maintenance recommendations.
