Zusammenfassung

San Miguel Global Power is seeking a licensed mechanical engineer to lead the planning team for routine and outage maintenance at Masinloc, Zambales. The role focuses on development, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities with safety and reliability at the forefront of plant operations.

You will supervise at least 2 years, coordinate across departments, interpret technical documents, and optimize resources using SAP CMMS and Oracle Primavera.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 5 years in maintenance planning or turnaround shutdown planning.
• Experience in power or heavy industry maintenance planning and outage scheduling.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering & operation manuals and schematics.
• Proficient in SAP CMMS, Oracle Primavera (Cloud preferred).
• Strong knowledge of coal handling equipment (ship unloaders, belt conveyors, pulleys, gearboxes).
• KPI management, resource optimization, and risk-based prioritization.

Responsible for leading the planning team in the development, scheduling, and execution of routine and outage maintenance activities. Ensures effective work management, resource readiness, and coordination across departments to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Must have 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and turnaround shutdown planning within the power or heavy industry sector.
• Knowledgeable in power plant operations, safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expert in interpreting engineering documents, technical documents, schematics, and operation, maintenance, & safety manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Oracle Primavera (Cloud preferred) for planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Experienced in using CMMS platform (SAP) for work order creation, monitoring, and tracking.

• Capable of assessing equipment condition and applying risk-based prioritization to maintenance tasks.
