Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in engineering/maintenance, 5+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering with licensed status preferred. On-site, Cebu-based with Cebuano preferred; benefits include HMO and performance bonus, with a Mon–Fri

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• Licensed Engineer preferred
• 10–15 years in engineering and maintenance operations
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong background in plant, manufacturing, or heavy industrial operations
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Engineering and Maintenance Group to achieve operational efficiency and reliability
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant facilities and equipment
• Oversee engineering projects, plant upgrades, renovations, and capital expenditures
• Plan and manage major shutdowns and maintenance schedules
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop engineering and maintenance teams and collaborate with senior management
