Private Advertiser in Cavite is seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to supervise daily plant operations, lead teams, and ensure production targets are met in a GMP/GHP/GLP compliant environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, 10+ years in production management, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate supply chain and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of work experience as a Plant Production Manager.
• Background in GMP, GHP, GLP, HACCP.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plant Operations & Personnel Management: supervise daily plant operations and monitor employee performance to meet goals.
• Policy & System Implementation: develop, review, and enforce plant systems in line with policies and procedures.
• Supply Chain Coordination: work with Purchasing to manage supply and demand efficiently.
• Quality Control Oversight: guide Quality Control in product acceptance, rejections and rework processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure adherence to government policies and environmental standards.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
