Job summary

RA Tech Engineering Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a chemical/industrial facility in Quezon City. You will drive production efficiency, uphold strict safety and environmental standards, and lead a team of supervisors and operators.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in industrial gas or chemical plant operations, with strong knowledge of oxygen and acetylene processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial gas or chemical plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of oxygen and acetylene production processes.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH or Process Safety Management are highly desirable.
