The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management within a manufacturing context, ensuring labor laws are adhered to and driving workforce strategies aligned with production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least five years of experience in Administration and/or HR management.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR and Administration experience in manufacturing.
