Job summary

CDO Foodsphere, Inc. seeks a Costing Specialist to manage product costing for all manufactured goods, perform variance analysis, set standard rates, and oversee COGS reporting to aid management decisions.

Requirements include a BS in Accountancy, at least two years in costing within a food manufacturing environment, SAP CO experience, and strong Excel skills. Willing to work extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Preferably with two years costing experience in a food manufacturing company.
• Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Knowledgeable in SAP CO System preferred.
• Willing to work extended hours when needed.
• Exposure to normal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Check and validate production data across SAP, Anaplan, and Quicksite.
• Compare monthly costs against budgets and previous periods to explain spending gaps.
• Calculate standard rates for direct labor and manufacturing overhead (MOH).
• Monitor Finished Goods valuation, actual material usage, and employee charges for operational errors.

I. Job Summary

III. Qualifications

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent course
2. Preferably with two years experience in costing gained from a food manufacturing company.
3. Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application

5. Effective in expressing ideas both in oral and in written form
6. Preferably, knowledgeable in SAP CO System
7. Willing to work for an extended time as the need arises
