Job summary

Curran Daly + Associates is seeking an experienced Plant Finance Manager to oversee the financial management and performance of a manufacturing site in the Philippines. The role will provide financial insights to support operational decision-making, cost optimization, budgeting, and overall plant profitability.

You will lead plant finance and accounting activities, manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis for the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong plant finance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Ability to partner with operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance and accounting activities with accurate reporting and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis for the site.
• Partner with Plant and Operations leaders to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor costs, inventory variances and KPIs; provide actionable insights to management.
• Strengthen financial controls and support continuous improvement across plant operations.

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or other fast-paced consumer-driven industries.
• Strong experience in plant finance, manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
