Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Finance Manager for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing operation located in Laguna. You will lead financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, partnering with CEO and senior management to drive profitability and governance.

The role provides potential progression toward a Finance Controller role within about 12 months, contingent on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• CPA with strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• At least 8 years of relevant Finance experience.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, preferably pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industries.
• Solid background in financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis, including product costing and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, processes, and internal governance.
• Support management in business planning, investment evaluation, and financial decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports and management insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with operations and other functions to improve profitability and financial performance.
• Drive process improvements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
• Lead and develop the finance team for broader leadership responsibilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-potential Finance Manager to lead key financial and management accounting functions for a pharmaceutical manufacturing business. The role will work closely with the CEO and senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business performance and decision-making.

This position is designed for a finance professional who can demonstrate strong leadership potential and is capable of progressing into a Finance Controller role within approximately 12 months, subject to performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
