Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Greater Noida is seeking a Finance Controller to lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the manufacturing plant. You will drive monthly MIS, budgeting, forecasting and cost control, and ensure timely book closure and financial governance.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 10-12+ years in manufacturing finance, strong plant costing, inventory management and hands-on SAP experience, including SAP HANA exposure.

Qualifications

• CA mandatory and verified professional accounting qualification.
• 10–12+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/plant finance.
• Strong exposure to plant accounting, costing, budgeting, inventory, working capital and financial controls.
• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory; SAP HANA exposure would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the manufacturing plant.
• Drive monthly MIS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, working capital, CAPEX and operating expenses.
• Ensure timely monthly/year-end book closure and financial finalisation.
• Drive plant-level cost control, profitability analysis and financial governance.
• Manage statutory compliance, taxation, audits and internal financial controls.
• Partner with Plant Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Business teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee inventory valuation, provisions and key account reconciliations.
• Ensure effective utilisation of SAP across finance and plant-related processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to Plant and Business Leadership for decision-making.
